1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ph33.com" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling platform operated at ph33com.co and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on ph33.com.
• "Account" refers to the registered, password-protected user account held in a Player's name on ph33.com.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held by a Player, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱).
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that licenses and regulates ph33.com.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward issued by ph33.com under defined promotional terms.
• "Game" refers to any slot, table game, live dealer product, sports betting market, e-sabong event, bingo room, or crash game available on the Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph33.com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. ph33.com performs age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, including the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ph33.com or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Players must complete the ph33.com registration form, providing accurate and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Registration of an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) ph33.com account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through proxies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph33.com reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Information

Players are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration and to update their profile promptly if any information changes. ph33.com is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including incorrect withdrawal details.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ph33.com is required by PAGCOR regulations to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card) and may be asked to provide proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in line with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33.com login credentials. You must notify ph33.com immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ph33.com will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the compromise originated from the player's device, network, or disclosure of credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph33.com accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph33.com does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own name that matches the ph33.com account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. ph33.com reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ph33.com complies with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and all PAGCOR-mandated AML requirements. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gambling activity may be flagged, delayed, or reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. ph33.com may withhold withdrawal processing pending AML review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ph33.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Players depositing via foreign currency accounts assume full responsibility for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by their financial institution.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards issued by ph33.com are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply where no specific terms are stated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer). Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for ph33.com deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. ph33.com reserves the right to exclude certain player accounts or regions from specific promotions. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.4 Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, bonus stacking in violation of terms, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonuses to cash — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on ph33.com use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and paytables are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail. ph33.com's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the PAGCOR complaint process.

ph33.com is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from network disconnection on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted, the outcome determined by the server at the time of interruption shall stand.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph33.com and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with ph33.com games or services.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates Philippine law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing ph33.com through VPNs or proxy services in a manner that misrepresents your actual location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph33.com staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Responsible Gaming

9Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any ph33.com content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph33.com shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or gambling winnings arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions beyond ph33.com's reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the security breach originated from the player's own device, network, or actions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph33.com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Account Suspension & Termination

ph33.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure for cause, ph33.com may forfeit any bonus balance and, where legally required, retain the main wallet balance pending regulatory or law enforcement review.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of ph33.com shall first be submitted to ph33.com's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory adjudication. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

13Amendments to These Terms

ph33.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of ph33.com after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using ph33.com and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds before the amendment takes effect.
